Finance director appointed

A NEW face has joined the practice of Cowgill Holloway, chartered accountants and business advisers.
Mark Borzomato has been appointed corporate finance director split his time between the Manchester, Bolton and Liverpool offices.
Mr Borzomato has more than 12 years corporate finance experience, having worked within both industry and professional service organisations.
Before joining Cowgill Holloway he worked for Alliance Fund Managers. He brings with him a vast amount of knowledge in a range of sectors including energy, retail and food products.
Ian Johnson, head of corporate finance, said: “Mark’s background and experience will be a valuable addition to the team.”
