Shipments to the US made much easier

ONLINE parcels company boss Fil Adams-Mercer says he has made it easier for people to ship goods bought in America.

The Parcel2Go founder has now added a Miami warehouse to his shipping empire, making it easier for people to navigate tough customs export rules.

The Bolton businessman said: “Some 95 per cent of US websites will not ship outside the US because of customs bureaucracy.

“I have bought a warehouse in Miami that UK customers will be able to use as their ‘address’ in the US when buying from these sites. Parcel2Go will then arrange delivery on from there.”

Fil Adams-Mercer runs a number of other businesses from the 100,000sq ft mill he bought in his hometown of Bolton.
