A FAMILY solicitor in Bolton has been awarded accredited specialist status, putting her into an elite group of just three solicitors in the area who can advise in very complex family law proceedings.
Victoria Melling, an associate solicitor at Stephensons Solicitors in Silverwell Street, has been accredited by Resolution, the family law organisation, as a specialist in family law, with particular specialisms in domestic abuse and complex financial and property matters.
To qualify, she took part in a rigorous assessment and had to demonstrate the highest levels of knowledge, practical application of the law and best practice.
