Curry Club at the Reebok

BUSINESS people enjoyed the dramatic Bolton Wanderers match against Arsenal when the town’s Curry Club had a night out at the Reebok.

Professionals from sectors including Bolton’s banks, accountancy, law and property firms had a buffet at the De Vere Whites hotel with catering from the Spice Valley restaurant.

The networking event is organised by KBL Solicitors, in Mawdsley Street, and the firm’s Phil Stephenson welcomed guests to the event.

The Bolton News’ reporter Steven Thompson gave a preview of the match, spoke about Wanderers’ season so far and told visitors about some of the key players to look out for.

After the game, former Wanderers player Peter Nicholson spoke with businessman Dave Jones about his Burnden Park career from 1971-82 and his work with the club today, which includes charity projects.

Spice Valley’s Geeta and Subhash Kotecha were thanked for their support, along with organiser Gill Hart from KBL, the hotel and football club .
