Water company figures buoyant

UNITED Utilities says it is on course for a good financial performance this year.
Issuing an interim management statement for the period ending October 1, the company said its revenues had continued to rise year-on-year by four per cent.
“Looking ahead, management is confident of delivering a good underlying financial performance for the year ending March 31, 2012,” a statement said.
