A 22-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with a firearms offence following an incident in a Halliwell pub.
Joszef Horvath, of Huddersfield Road, Dewsbury, has been charged with possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
The incident is alleged to have taken place on Monday, March 17 in the Claremont Arms in Halliwell at 9.40pm. A bar worker is alleged to have been threatened with the gun after asking a group of men to buy a drink.
Horvath will appear at Bolton Crown Court on April 4.
Three men, aged 18, 23 and 26, and two boys, aged 15 and 16, arrested in connection with the incident remain on police bail pending further enquiries.
