Car catches fire in Great Lever crash
POLICE are investigating after a crash in Great Lever last night which saw one car catch fire.
Fire crews were also called to the incident in Walker Avenue at about 10.50pm on September 13.
A Mazda caught fire after the crash, while the occupants of the other vehicle fled the scene before emergency services arrived.
The blaze was swiftly extinguished by the fire service, with nobody hurt.
The police are now making further enquiries into the incident.
