Bolton Magistrates Court
A TEENAGER has been cleared of raping a woman in Walkden.
Gavin Tulsie, aged 19, of Sportside Avenue, Worsley, went on trial at Bolton Crown Court but was acquitted on June 19 2015.
Tulsie, of Sportside Avenue, Worsley, was accused of rape, attempted rape and two charges of sexual assault. All charges related to incidents in Walkden on June 15 2014.
