A MAN has denied stabbing a father outside the gates of a primary school.
Barry Parkes denies wounding with intent in relation to an incident outside North Walkden Primary School on November 28 in which 33-year-old parent Steven Higginson was stabbed.
He was taken to Manchester Royal Infirmary but later discharged.
Parkes, aged 42, of Vestris Drive, Salford, entered his plea at a hearing at Manchester Crown Court yesterday.
Natalie Lawton, aged 30, of Argyle Street, Walkden, has admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Parkes is due to stand trial on May 19.
