BEWARE: Police in Bolton North division issued the warning
POLICE are urging residents to be cautious after they received reports of fake leather jackets being sold.
On the Bolton North Facebook page officers said: "There has been a report that a suspicious male in the Bolton area has been offering fake leather jackets for sale which he claims are Italian leather that he has gotten hold of at a fashion show.
"This is believed to be a scam and we encourage members of the public approached by this male or with any knowledge of this offence to report it to 101."
