Smithills and Halliwell-connected Stephen Wallis, aged 37, failed to appear at Salford Magistrates' Court on January 26 over an alleged theft.
With links to Horwich and Tonge Moor and on a robbery charge, 20-year-old Jamie Crompton skipped court on January 17.
Wanted on recall to prison after breaching the conditions of his licence is Halliwell and town centre man Saul Jones, aged 30.
Graham Llewellyn, aged 27, is sought on recall to prison after breaching his licence and for questioning over an alleged burglary.
