A MOTORIST has denied causing the death of a cyclist by careless driving.
At Manchester Crown Court Vithall Visavadiya, aged 62, of Clunton Avenue, Bolton appeared before Judge David Hernandez to enter a not guilty plea.
He was granted bail and his trial, which is expected to last four days, was listed to start on July 23 next year.
Visavadiya is accused of causing the death of 24-year-old Harry Sievey from Baguley, on February 12.
Shortly before 10.15pm a blue Vauxhall Corsa was on Mauldeth Road West, Withington, when it was involved in a collision with two cyclists near to the junction of Wellington Road.
