Wigan and Leigh Magistrates
A MAN who admitted harassing a woman by sending her text messages and emails throughout December last year has been sentenced to do 135 hours unpaid work.
At Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court Martin Kilgannon, aged 47, of Manchester Road, Tyldesley, was also ordered to participate in 15 days of rehabilitation activities and pay £320 in prosecution costs plus an £85 victim surcharge.
The court also made a restraining order banning Kilgannon from contacting his victim or going to Alderley Lane, Leigh.
