A DELIBERATE wheelie bin fire meant an early call out for the fire service.
It is thought two bins were set alight in the early hours of this morning in a back street off Tonge Moor Road.
The fire was set in a back street opposite Matalan.
Bolton Central fire crew were called out to the fire at 3.40am where they put it out and made sure there were no other fires nearby.
Firefighter Mark Haslam, said: "I think it was two wheelie bins but there wasn't anything left, it was well alight when we got there."
