CHASE: Police seized a Mazda in Tonge Moor
Police were able to seize a car in Tonge Moor after a "brief pursuit".
Officers found the grey Mazda 3 abandoned on Castleton Street after the driver fled the scene today.
The vehicle was found to be uninsured and Greater Manchester Police have confirmed they are enquiring into the identity of the driver.
Residents saw the person leave the car and run through the grounds of a nearby school but he was not apprehended by officers.
