A man has been charged with an assault on a mother and her son
A MAN charged with an attack and racial abuse of a mother and her teenage son in Breightmet has appeared in court.
Dale Hart, aged 28, of Grantchester Way, Breightmet, appeared before Bolton Magistrates Court charged with racially aggravated GBH, racially aggravated section 39 assault and common assault.
He was remanded to appear at crown court on Friday, July 6.
The assault for which Hart has been charged is alleged to have happened in Breightmet on Sunday, June 3.
