Fridge catches fire at Tesco

SUPERMARKET staff had to be evacuated from a store in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Firefighters were called to Tesco in Walkden at 5.30am when an electrical fault caused a blaze in a fridge in the stock room.
About 50 members of staff and customers had to be evacuated from the store.
The damage was limited to the fridge.
