Neighbours rescue pizza from oven

NEIGHBOURS had to come to the rescue after a man left a pizza to burn in his oven.
A fire broke out in Christopher Street, Ince, after the man left his thin crust pepperoni cooking while he went to a friend’s house at about 8pm.
His next-door-neighbour heard the smoke alarm and climbed through a window to pull the pizza out of the oven.
The house was smoke logged but the fire did not spread and no-one was hurt.
