Drink-driver twice over limit

A HALLIWELL man was more than twice the drink drive limit when he got behind the wheel of a Ford Fiesta in Frankford Square.
Leon Rostaing, aged 32, of Sunnyside Road, Bolton, pleaded guilty to the offence when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court.
He was banned from driving for 22 months, fined £165 and ordered to pay £43 prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
