IT was all smiles when young pupils at the Olive School in Bolton were visited by two dental experts to help them learn good habits.
Dr Richard Ho and Farah Pycroft, head dentist and nurse at Synergy Dental Clinic close to the Waterloo Street school, were taking part in National Smile Month events.
They demonstrated the right tooth-brushing techniques, gave lessons on sugar in food and healthy diets and offered plenty of positive advice on oral health routines.
Commented Dr Ho: “We hope that the lessons learned could prove vital in wellbeing for the children and have a positive effect on their future.”
After the session, all the children were given dental goody bags to take home.
