A FAMILY from Bromley Cross won a holiday on ITV gameshow Keep it in the Family at the weekend.

The Darbyshire family went head to head against the Carty family in a series of games and questions in a bid to bag big prizes, including family holidays and brand new cars.

Emmerdale celebrities appeared on the show, hosted by Bradley Walsh, and youngster Izzie Darbyshire had to choose who to drop down a trapdoor depending on the prizes they had to offer

Nine-year-old Izzie entered the family in the competition and appeared on the show with her mum Emma, aged 35, grandad Ian, aged 56, and uncle Kieran, aged 27.

After three winning rounds Izzie won a VIP tour of her favourite football team Manchester City a VIP tour of the Emmerdale set and tickets and a hotel stay to watch Bend it Like Beckham the musical in London with her family.

In the final round the family had to decipher items from a number of riddles which they did successfully and bagged themselves a seven day all inclusive holiday to the Dominican republic.
