A FORMER warehouse building could be converted into flats.
Acamba Systems wants to build four flats at the storage building at the end of Park Street, Farnworth.
The former Sampsons Warehouse was used for storing decorating materials.
When a previous application to convert the building was rejected in 2015, concerns were raised over the lack of refuse facilities and outdoor amenity space provided for potential residents.
