HEALTH worker Karen Robinson is “nursing” a double delight.
The advanced nurse practitioner won two awards at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership ceremony.
Mrs Robinson, aged 53, who has worked at the Bolton Community Practice for five years, received the People’s Choice Award and the Inspirational Leader Award in the event held at Manchester’s Etihad Stadium.
Practice spokesman, Natalie Preece, said: “So many patients took time to nominate Karen, recognising her dedication and commitment beyond the call of duty.
“She is held in such high regard by patients and colleagues. The practice is so very proud of Karen and her achievements.”
