IAN JOHNSON (aka ukguy 1958) says: I recently attended Whitecroft Secondary High School reunion (class of 1975).
I left Bolton in 1973 when I was 14 to go to live in Scotland and lost contact with many many friends, this reunion brought me back together with some of them.
It has been 36 years since I last saw these people, and it was just like yesterday when I walked in, like I'd never been away.
I now live in Holland but returning to Bolton very soon and it would be great to start back up with some old faces in my life, I would so dearly love to catch up with more old mates and also family that I lost contact with.
My parents used to have a second-hand shop at the top of Higher Bridge Street next to the Wrighton Stadium called Johnson's but now its a car showroom.
If anybody remembers me, they can easily contact me via facebook, I am looking forward to hearing from you all!!
The reunion was held at The Sound House in Bolton on Saturday, October 17, and the following is the link to the photographs http://cid-7231b383a565f99f.skydrive.live.com/browse.aspx/Whitecroft%20School%20Re-union%20-%20class%20of%201975%20-%2017-oct-09 The photo attached is of me at the age of around 13-14.
