HMV gift vouchers set to be accepted again
Retailer HMV will begin honouring gift cards again as of tomorrow.
The company, which is in admistration, had decided to block gift cards and stop honouring store credit.
But pressure from government has successfully overruled the decision.
It also appears that Hilco will be successful in its bid to rescue at least part of the chain although the company is likely to only keep open major stores such as that at the Trafford Centre.
