A 15-YEAR-OLD girl allegedly sexually assaulted by a man in January last year told a court the ordeal was a “nightmare”.
Wayne Gibbons, aged 43, of Royston Avenue, Tonge Fold, denies sexual activity with a child under 16 in Bolton.
The 15-year-old, giving evidence via videolink, described how she was touched inappropriately.
She said she was so scared afterwards that she sent multiple texts to her boyfriend and was unable to sleep.
The girl added: “I could not physically speak, it was as if everything just froze.”
“I was so scared I just felt I needed somebody to be with me. It was a nightmare.”
The trial continues.
