UKIP North West MEP Paul Nuttall has refused to debate with Liberal Democrat Euro MP Chris Davies ahead of the elections in May.
Mr Nuttall said his schedule is already ‘packed’ with people wanting to hear about UKIP’s policies.
He told Mr Davies: “I do not propose to give you a free ride on the back of UKIP’s popularity.”
