A MOTHER inspired to launch a charity in memory of her daughter will give a talk at Westhoughton Townswomen’s Guild on Monday.
Carren Bell, picture, who founded Lagan’s Foundation, will talk about her baby, Lagan Grant, who was born with a serious cardiac defect. She underwent treatment but died aged 15 weeks in April, 2011.
The meeting is at Sacred Heart Church, Lord Street, Westhoughton at 7.30pm.
