A COURT case involving Bolton Wanderers chairman Phil Gartside and current and former members of staff is set to resume today after a two-day break.

Agent Tony McGill is suing the club, Mr Gartside, ex-manager Sammy Lee, football secretary Simon Marland and former director of football Frank McParland for colluding with The Sport and Entertainment Media Group (SEM) to cut him out of the £1 million 2007 transfer of Gavin McCann.

Mr McCann is set to give evidence today with defendants from Wanderers to follow today and tomorrow.

SEM chief executive Jerome Anderson, former agent Jeffrey Weston and employee Dave Sheron are also defendants and have already given evidence.
