BLACKROD and Horwich’s Labour councillors come face to face with their public at their local surgery on Saturday.
The surgery, from 10am to 11am, takes place at Blackrod Library, where Cllrs Ann Cunliffe and Stephen Pickup will be on hand to deal with queries.
Their meet-the-public events go ahead on the third Saturday of every month in the library and Cllr Cunliffe says members of the public are keen to take advantage of a chat with their local representatives on Bolton Council.
“Sometimes there are just two people attending,” she said. “But often there are half a dozen. People are welcome to come along, even if it’s just for a chat.”
