A SMITHILLS beauty salon is set to become an office or a shop, after plans were approved by Bolton Council.
Councillors had rejected plans to turn 546 Chorley Old Road into a takeaway or restaurant, but officers have approved the change of use which will mean a shop or professional service can move in.
