A SMOKER must pay £420 — after he was caught dropping a cigarette butt in the town centre.
Daniel Pesta, aged 25, of Moorby Walk, Great Lever, was fined £200, told to pay the same amount in court costs, and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge by Bolton magistrates on April 14.
The case was proved in his absence.
