AN Atherton man has been sentenced for receiving a stolen Subaru Legacy vehicle.
Daniel Marsh, aged 27, of Seddon Close, admitted handing the car, which is worth £7,500.
He also admitted using the car on De Havilland Way, Horwich, without insurance and without the relevant licence on March 23.
He was sentenced at Bolton Magistrates Court to a community order. He must complete 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and was also ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
