A CHEESE and wine masterclass is being held in Bolton next month.
Stuart Rothwell, from The Vineyard in Ramsbottom, will be at the Octagon Theatre’s bar at 6pm on Saturday, August 23.
Tickets cost £25 and people will be able to sample a wide range of distinctive cheese and wine pairings in a tasting menu.
