PLANS to build a first- floor extension onto a house in Astley Bridge have been rejected by council officers.
Fejal Umar applied to build the 5.35 metre extension at the rear of his property to create a new bedroom and en-suite.
But planning officials said the proposed extension was too big and was not reflective of the current house.
