A THIEF who stole several plant pots has been sentenced to a curfew for 12 weeks by Bolton magistrates.
The court heard how Paul Edwards, aged 37, of Blackhorse Street, Blackrod, stole the seven plant pots, worth £205, from four victims on March 14.
Edwards denied the offence but was convicted in his absence and was sentenced to a 7pm to 7am curfew and ordered to pay £200 prosecution costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
