A 25-YEAR-OLD man has been banned from a Halliwell street for a year after attacking a woman.
Ross Dearden, of Bury Road, Ainsworth, assaulted Hannah Lowe in Bury on April 26.
He denied the offence at Bury Magistrates Court on May 12 and was found guilty.
At the same hearing Dearden was given a community order, ordered to do 60 hours of unpaid work and banned from going to Rushy Lea Close under the terms of a restraining order.
He must also pay £200 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
