BUDDING young firefighters can have a go in a fire engine at Bolton North fire station’s open day.
The mini electric engine will be available for children to try out at the station in Crompton Way, on September 20, from 10.30am to 3pm.
Children can also look at a vintage engine from the Fire Museum and get their bikes serviced by Decathlon sports store while enjoying a Carrs pastie.
