A DOG owner from Sharples has denied assaulting a woman and causing injury to her with his bull mastiff.
Tomasz Pielak, aged 33, of High View Street, pleaded not guilty to assault occasioning actual bodily harm and being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control, when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
Pielak was remanded in custody, with the case to be heard at Bolton Crown Court on September 26.
The charges relate to an incident in Bolton on September 5.
