A MAN has been arrested and charged in connection with a break-in at a house in Sofa Street, Bolton, at noon on September 23. Wayne Richmond, aged 43, of Johnson Fold Avenue, has been charged with burglary and remanded in custody, to appear at Bolton Magistrates Court.
