USING threatening behaviour has resulted in a man being sentenced to a conditional discharge for six months.
At Bolton Magistrates Court, Nathan Hayes, aged 24, of Tillington Close, Bolton, admitted committing the offence on September 11. He was also ordered to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
