A MEAT thief will wear an electronic tag for eight weeks after she admitted stealing from a Co-op store.
Gillian Smith, aged 38, of Raikes Way, Darcy Lever, stole £32 of meat from the Bury Road store on October 22.
She was ordered to pay costs of £177 by magistrates on November 21 and given an eight week curfew as part of a community order.
