A WESTHOUGHTON man has admitted breaching a restraining order by contacting a woman but denied visiting a prohibited address.
John Corlett, of Southfield Drive, aged 48, entered the pleas at Bolton Magistrates' Court on November 21.
He has admitted making contact with the woman on November 18 but denies attending another property in Westhoughton the following day.
Corlett will return to court to stand trial on April 8.
Until then he is remanded on bail.
The restraining order Corlett has admitted breaching was imposed at Bolton Crown Court on December 6, 2011.
