MEDIUM to low intensity aerobics sessions are taking place at Horwich Leisure Centre on Mondays, from 10am to 11am at a cost of £3.80.
It is a group based exercise class and takes place in the dance studio. Spaces are limited and booking in advance is advised. Call 01204 334488.
