A BOLTON bingo hall is spreading a little festive cheer by collecting gifts for charity.
Mecca Bolton is gathering presents for mothers and children at the Fortalice charity who have suffered from domestic abuse.
The Christmas Presents campaign will see customers and employees encouraged to take a gift tag from the town centre club's Christmas Tree and buy an extra gift to bring a smile to those who are spending Christmas in Fortalice, based in Chorley.
Bolton membership manager William Darbyshire-Clarke said: “We’re delighted to be supporting woman and children who have faced terribly traumatic experiences and hope to make this Christmas an extra special one as many people as we can."
