A HORWICH man accused of indecent exposure has had his case thrown out.
No evidence was offered at Bolton Magistrates' Court on February 13 against David Whittle, who had denied an allegation of indecent exposure in Horwich between May 31 and June 8.
Whittle, aged 46, of Chorley New Road, did admit failing to surrender to bail at court on February 12, for which he was detained in court
