A MAN is to stand trial for making indecent images of children after appearing at Bolton Crown Court to deny committing the offences.
In a plea and case management hearing Paul Holt, aged 41, of Stitch-mi-Lane, Harwood, pleaded not guilty to eight charges of making indecent images of male children, aged between 10 and 12 years, in the period between April 1 2011 and December 3 2013.
He also denies making 1973 category C, 177 category B and 407 of the most serious category A images between the same dates.
Holt was granted bail and a trial date was set for June 23 with a pre-trial review to take place on June 12.
