Bolton Magistrates Court
BOLTON magistrates have sentenced a man to a conditional discharge for 18 months after he admitted assault and refusing to hand over a railway ticket for inspection.
Kadeem Crabbe, aged 23, of The Pack Horse, Nelson Square, was also ordered to pay £50 compensation, £30 prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
