HEARING: Bolton Magistrates Court
A PENSIONER has been given a conditional discharge after exposing himself.
Waren McMinn, aged 68, of Beaumont Chase, Bolton, admitted exposing himself on April 14.
He was discharged conditionally for two years, and was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150 at Bolton Magistrates Court.
