Cancer group lends hand to Macmillan
LEIGH Cancer Support Service raised £211 for Macmillan nurses at a fundraising evening.
The service welcomes any adult who currently has cancer or those in recovery. Informal meetings are on the second Saturday of each month. The next is on Saturday, November 10 at 10am at St Thomas’s School Hall, Astley Street, Leigh. Call 07702 323990.
